Distance contract

The provider of the accommodation service offered on this website is SIA “Mazburku Namiņi”, Reg.No. 40203338542, legal address Degoles iela 11, Tukums, Latvia, LV-3104, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person making the reservation, hereinafter referred to as the Customer, on the other hand, enter into such Agreement, where the Seller undertakes to provide the Customer with accommodation service in accordance with the Customer’s reservation conditions.

Service reservation and payment procedure

The Customer makes a reservation on this website, indicating the date and duration of the reservation and additional services offered by the Seller on this website. The Customer has the opportunity to pay for the reservation using the payment tools built into the website, including payment by payment card or payment of the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Customer by e-mail and corresponding to the reservation. The invoice is prepared electronically and signed using a secure electronic signature. The Seller ensures the provision of the service to the Customer in the selected period from the moment when the payment for the reservation is received.

Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to cancel the service before the date of booking by sending a cancellation letter to the Seller to the e-mail address info@mazburkunamini.lv If canceled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be refunded. If canceled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of the reservation will be refunded. If the reservation is canceled 7 days or less before the date of the reservation, the payment will not be refunded. Refunds will be made within 72 hours from booking cancellation. The money is returned to the same payment card from which the payment for the reservation was made.

Data processing

By reserving the service, the Customer confirms that he has read the terms of visit and the distance contract and agrees that the data provided by him is used to enable the Seller to accept the Customer’s order in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments. By entering the information, the Customer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Customer’s reservation will be sent to the e-mail specified in the reservation. The Customer can get detailed information about the processing of personal data in the Privacy Policy section of the website.

Dispute settlement rules

Any dispute, discrepancy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, its breach, termination or validity shall be finally settled in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Customer and the Seller shall be resolved through mutual negotiations. If the Seller refuses to satisfy the Customer’s complaint or the Customer does not agree with the solutions offered by the Seller and determines that its rights or interests have been violated, the Customer may submit a complaint to the Consumer Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution Commission located at Brīvības Street 55, Riga, Latvia, LV-1010.
